YMCA /JCC Early Education, Care and Afterschool Programs
At the YMCA and JCC, families tell us what's important for their kids - and we listen. They want quality, safe and affordable care; flexible hours; educational activities; convenient locations close to home; and they want their children to have a good time. The YMCA/JCC early education and afterschool adventure programs offer all of this and more for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.

JCC/YMCA Sekach Child Care Center Recognized with Two Stars
The JCC/YMCA Sekach Child Care Center recently earned the Step up to Quality Two Star designation from the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services. This important recognition means the center incorporates Ohio standards and guidelines in their planning, they complete yearly specialized training, a low ratio of staff to children is maintained; the staff are provided employee benefits and support; and the administrators and lead teachers are degreed in early childhood education.

State Senator Mark Wagoner attended the recognition and presented an Ohio Senate Proclamation for the newly earned designation to child care director Lori Richard, Executive Director Connie Torrey, and YMCA and JCC President and CEO Robert Alexander.
