We offer a variety of opportunities and activities to help you meet your wellness needs, including an extensive variety of group exercise classes and individual and small group Personal Training services.

Want ongoing personal attention? Get a little extra help from an experienced, certified personal trainer who will develop, monitor and modify your exercise program to meet your individual needs. Each Y location offers a 30 minute plan and has a variety of trainers with varying interests and expertise. We'll provide recommendations based on your wants and needs.
It’s better with a buddy! Our Linebacker program offers the best of both worlds by giving you the chance to work out with a friend and an experienced, certified personal trainer. Get the fun support and motivation that comes from exercising with a partner. Our Linebacker program involves alternating one minute of cardio with one minute of strength training for a total of 30 minutes.
Enrollment Guidelines: Flexible scheduling, unused sessions do not carry over. No agreement necessary, enroll at the member service desk. Payment plan is automatic until written cancelation is received, 10 days prior to draft date. Program reflects individual rates.
Group Fitness Classes
ACTIVE TOGETHER gives you all the training you need – cardio, strength, balance and flexibility – in just one hour. Get stronger and healthier with inspiring music, adjustable dumbbells, weight plates, body weight and simple athletic movements.
DEFEND TOGETHER is a gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the newest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness. This workout combines cutting-edge moves with thrilling music.
CORE FOCUS TOGETHER trains you like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain and help strengthen your abs. Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel and a platform – all to challenge you like never before.
CYCLE TOGETHER is a huge calorie burner. It’s a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. Chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains and sprint to the finish. Feel the thrill of energetic music and group dynamics as you get all the benefits of interval training.
CYCLE 30 TOGETHER will get you moving and feeling better in only 30 minutes. It’s a cardio workout that is as easy as riding a bike. Inspiring music and motivating coaching will get you to burn calories, improve muscular endurance and build cardio fitness.
STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight-training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curls, with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a personal best.
Active Older Adults
The Y has fitness classes specifically designed for older adults. They give participants an opportunity to stay physically active or in some cases, to overcome their fear of exercise and begin being physically active. Y Active Older Adult Fitness programs accommodate a wide variety of interests and functional abilities of older adults. Active Older Adults classes include Senior Aerobic classes, Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, Swimming, Aqua Aerobics, SilverSneakers® and Silver&Fit. See Active Older Adults for more information.
Sports offer the opportunity to participate individually or as a team. Each sport challenges the participant in different ways through endurance, speed, mental toughness, teamwork, strength, coordination and countless other ways.
- Sports Classes - Sports classes focus on development and strengthening skills throughout the duration of the sports program.
- Team Sports and Leagues - Our athletes play equal time with fair and positive competition while learning good sportsmanship.
- Sports Clinics and Camps - Clinics and camps are geared to help athletes develop skills in specific sports. Both offer an opportunity to focus on skill improvement in a short period of time.
Through our aquatics program, the Y helps develop swimming and water safety skills for children in addition to providing members of all ages with classes, programs, and lessons to promote health and well being through water-based activities. See Aquatics for more information.
