Extreme Interval Class January 2012

Improve your fitness with these classes that alters strength training with high energy cardio activities. Eight to twelve different exercises will be monitored throughout the 8-week class. 

Tuesday at noon come experience Warrior Dash Style Extreme Interval Training (EIT)

or

Thursdays at 11 am come experience Turbo Style Extreme Interval Training (EIT)
