Senior Fitness Assessments

Fitness assessments are now being offered for members age 60 plus. A series of six exercises are performed testing cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and strength. Our first assessment day was very successful, surprising some of our members with their positive results. Another assessment day will be scheduled for fall. More information to come.
