A YMCA/JCC membership is required to participate in programs. We offer the following categories:
A Max membership is a full-privilege membership that entitles you to use any branch of the YMCA and JCC of Greater Toledo. *To purchase a Max Membership, please visit your local YMCA/JCC branch.
Max Family Membership Only $65.50 per month Joiner Fee - $150
Max Individual Membership Only $45.50 per month Joiner Fee - $102
Max Youth Membership (ages 10-17) Only $28.00 per month Joiner Fee - $60
Max *Senior Family Membership (ages 62+) Only $56.00 per month Joiner Fee - $99
Max *Senior Individual Membership (age 62+) Only $39.00 per month Joiner Fee - $69.00
*Insurance Partnership Paramount Health Care and Family Health Plan members receive 10% off a Max Membership.
If you are interested in joining the YMCA/JCC, please complete a scholarship application, attach a letter for proof of board services and return both to Heather Pickard at the YMCA/JCC corporate office, 1500 N. Superior Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604 or return both to any YMCA/JCC facility.
