YMCA/JCC education and care - flexible, affordable and close to home
At the YMCA and JCC, families tell us what's important for their kids - and we listen. They want safe, affordable programs, flexible hours, educational activities, convenient locations close to home, and they want their children to have a good time. The YMCA/JCC early education and afterschool adventure programs offer all of this and more for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Enroll your children by September 6 and save up to $100.
Vacation Bible School - August 11 - 15, 2008
Monday - Friday, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Join us for a week filled with high energy fun and awesome outdoor games while training to have a heart of a winner. For children entering 1st grade to 6th grade. Vacation Bible School will be held at the Wolf Creek YMCA and is sponsored by Wolf Creek, Westgate, Dwelling Place and the Vineyard Church.
Outdoor pools open for season
Staying close to home this summer? Spend your vacation with us! Max Members have access to two great outdoor pools at the Sylvania JCC/YMCA and at the Eastern Community YMCA in Oregon. The pools are open through Labor Day weekend.

Child Care Centers Step Up to Quality
The Anderson Enrichment Center is a one star child care program based on the Step Up To Quality program from Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Step UP To Quality is a voluntary rating system for licensed early childhood programs to recognize achievements in higher quality standards. Congratulations Anderson Enrichment Center. Join our co-ed, values oriented soccer league for boys and girls grades K-6. Volunteer coaches are needed, and will be permitted to coach their children. We emphasize fun, fair-play and learning the fundamentals.

Fridays from 4:30-7:30 pm
All ages with parent. Parents, spend your Friday evenings at the Wolf Creek Y with your entire family. Families can play all together in the pool during Family Swim, spend time in our Family Adventure Center, or participate in special activities.

Silver Sneakers ® Fitness Program
The Silver Sneakers ® Fitness Program is a national exercise program designed exclusively for older adults and offered to Medicare-eligible members. YMCA/JCC offers the SilverSneakers ® Fitness program to eligible members of Anthem BCBS and Humana health plans. For eligibility, contact your insurance provider. For class information, visit or call your neighborhood YMCA or JCC.
Volunteers Needed
You can help out anywhere, but you belong at the Wolf Creek YMCA! As a YMCA Volunteer, your time and talent will go a long way. Lead a program, serve as a role model for young people, help out in the office or at a special event, raise money, or be a part of a group or committee. No matter how you help, you can make a big difference. To get involved, please call Volunteer Coordinator Tara Dumas at 419-866-9622, or stop by and fill out a volunteer application.
