AQUATICS CAMP

IRON KIDS CAMP

Get ready for the Kids Triathlon on July 15 at the Perrysburg City Pool. Train at the YMCA with 3x Iron Man Athlete. Learn the tricks of the trade on the bike of passing, running at a pace, and swimming with building endurance. Cost of camp also includes Kids Triathlon at the Perrysburg City Pool.

BABYSITTING CAMP

Participants will learn skills that are necessary for babysitting. Keeping kids safe, what to do in an emergency, first aid, dealing with discipline, etc.    

JUNIOR LIFEGUARD CAMP
June 13-July 25

At Perrysburg City Pool
Bring sack lunch, bathing suit, and towel.
The participant will learn how to assist a lifeguard in an emergency on land and in the water. Through the course learn in water rescue skills and have hands on experience with first Aid, CPR and O2 equipment.  If you have a dream of wanting to become a future lifeguard this is the program to get a head start. The class will be mentored with the on staff  lifeguards as they are on duty.  The junior lifeguard will get behind the scene and first hand on what it take to be a lifeguard.    

Certifications  upon course completion:
• YMCA Water Assistant Instructor 2 year
• 1 year CPR
• 2 years first aid
• 2 years Oxygen.
• A rescue mask

LET’S HAVE A TEA PARTY

Children will enjoy sampling teas, creating crafts and making treats.  We will celebrate at the end of the week with a fancy tea party where children can invite a guest to come along.

JURASSIC WORLD

We will enjoy an historic adventure thru the Ice Age as we learn of large lizards and feathered friends, go on a dinosaur egg hunt, dinosaur egg stomp, learn the dino whip, and make fossils.

Argh YMCA mateys! Come walk the plank onto me pirate ship! Have some swashbuckling pirate fun with a Canon ball toss, stranded island obstacle course, crocodile hunt and more. Send a message in a bottle, try your hand (or hook) at sand art, and become a Captain Hook look alike.

The Jr. Cavs basketball camp offers kids the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of basketball by developing their ability to dribble, pass, rebound and shoot. This camp consists of drills and stations instructed by a master coach, whom has expertise in skill development. In an environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork and the love for recreational sports, this camp will help to ensure every kid reaches his/her potential.

Come and learn the fundamentals of America’s pastime! This camp is designed to teach each tool of baseball including hitting, base-running, fielding and pitching. OUTDOOR ADVENTURE CAMP

Three days of outdoor fun and excitement! Come learn camping skills like building a camp fire, setting up a tent, and reading a compass. We will also have some traditional camp activities like capture the flag, ultimate Frisbee, and scavenger hunts. S’mores included.

MINI GOLF

SKY ZONE

Are you ready for an afternoon of fun at Toledo’s trampoline park? Sky Zone offers a variety of trampoline activities including dodgeball, volleyball, and a foam pit. Don’t forget your SkySocks. SkySocks are $2 for those who do not have a pair. Cost includes transportation and 60 minute jump pass at Sky Zone.

Monday Morning Madness

Monday madness day will focus on non-traditional sports and other activities. Games could include capture the flag, dodgeball, and ultimate Frisbee. Come have fun while trying new and different activities!

LASER TAG
