- All membership types are eligible, excluding SilverSneaker®, Silver&Fit®, Renew Active® and GymPass®.
- Memberships that have been canceled in the last 60 days are not eligible for referral.
- Adding additional members to a current membership does not qualify.
- The referral form or online submission must be redeemed prior to or at time of new membership enrollment. This offer is not retroactive.
- The current member's account must be in good standing and the free month will be applied to the following month's draft. If a member is still in their first 12 months, the free month will be applied to their 13th month.
