Program Guidelines

  • All membership types are eligible, excluding SilverSneaker®, Silver&Fit®, Renew Active® and GymPass®. 
  • Memberships that have been canceled in the last 60 days are not eligible for referral. 
  • Adding additional members to a current membership does not qualify.
  • The referral form or online submission must be redeemed prior to or at time of new membership enrollment. This offer is not retroactive.
  • The current member's account must be in good standing and the free month will be applied to the following month's draft. If a member is still in their first 12 months, the free month will be applied to their 13th month.
  • Offer valid at the YMCA of Greater Toledo only. The YMCA reserves the right to revise/cancel this program at any time.
