Dancers will focus on developing their footwork, technique, control, strength & flexibility in the dance styles of ballet and jazz. This class will improve dancers’ body lines, turns, and leaps. The class will learn an intermediate-level routine.

Intermediate to Advanced level class. This class will focus on clean movements, body lines, jazz dancing, and expression through dance. Through improvisation and lip-syncing this class will learn an intermediate routine. Previous dance experience is required.

Learn beginner movement in specific dance styles. Pom will be targeted more towards clear, concise, strong movements learned in cheerleading. Hip hop will focus more on expressive dance to fun upbeat hits. Dancers will learn combos with rhythmic movement advancing towards free style hip hop moves and technique.

This class will start with a short prayer and devotion encouraging the YMCA character qualities.

In this class, we will focus on basic movement and learn to “praise His name with the dancing” as it states in Pslams 149:3.
