All parties include:

• 2 hour party for up to 15 kids (Max Capacity)
• 75 minutes of chosen activity from package (see package’s below)
• 45 minutes in gathering room for food & gifts if time permits
• Party host throughout party

Please allow two weeks advance notice when reserving your birthday party with the YMCA. Full payment is required to reserve your birthday party. We provide basic decorations for all parties. This includes table cover, pizza, cookie cake and water.

If you would like to bring helium balloons for the party room you are welcome to bring your own.

A host will be available throughout the party to setup, clean up and provide assistance. Parties are limited to 2 hours only because of other schedules. The Mobility Yoga Clinic will focus on activating dormant muscles, improving motor control through developing muscle awareness, and releasing trapped or restricted muscle tissue which can then be utilized by the body to stretch deeper or exhibit strength. Utilizing the chair (standing is optional), we work to correct muscle imbalances caused by muscle tightness and release tension in your body caused by stress. Use of mindful mediation will be utilize to relax the body to acquire controlled flexibility and increase range of motion.

This is a 45 minute clinic for 4 weeks offered monthly.

The Stay Fit 4 Life Clinic is functional training to improve coordination, agility, balance, strength and flexibility. Utilizing a variety of fitness equipment like bands, balls, weights, TRX, BOSU, and The Step to name a few. Cardio and strength exercises are designed to work on specific joints and muscles individually and also in combination as full body function. Classes finish with a relaxing stretch to complete the process.

This is a 45 min clinic for 4 weeks offered monthly.

This active healthy club likes to walk, jog or run to improve their physical health. Our goal is to getting moving one step at a time at the pace that best suits your fitness level.
