If you would like to bring additional items for decor for the party room you are welcome to bring your own. You may set up 30 minutes prior to party start.

A host will be available throughout the party to setup, clean up and provide assistance. Parties are limited to 2 hours only because of other schedules. Couch to 5K Training 🏃

Ready to get off the couch and get moving? Whether you’re new to running or looking for the motivation to start again, this welcoming program is for you!

Over eight weeks, you’ll build strength, stamina, and confidence through conditioning exercises, running drills, and a structured workout plan. By the end of the program, you’ll be ready to cross the finish line at our Thanksgiving Day 5K—the 2026 Eastside Turkey Trot! 🦃

Program Details

• Meets twice a week for eight weeks
• Open to new and returning runners
• Includes registration for the 2026 Eastside Turkey Trot

Join us for a special Family Night and get ready for an exciting school year ahead!
