A class concentrating on strength and skill development needed for bars.

For ages 6 and up.

Beginning Fall 1 (August 2022), All Boys 1 will now be for gymnasts 5 and up. Mitey 5s will only be offered Monday through Thursday morning preschool times.

If a parent feels that their child is not ready for Boys 1 at the age of 5, they may choose to keep their child in Mitey 4s. Once a child turns 6 they will be required to move to Boys 1.

Beginning gymnastics skills.

Introduction to all six men’s gymnastics events. Body and spatial awareness stressed.

For ages 5 and up

Boys progress to this level after successful completion of Boys’ Level 1 and coach recommendation.

Skills build progressively from the beginner level.

For ages 6 and up.

Girls 1 and 2 will follow the same grading scale. Once mastering all of the skills needed the gymnast will advance to Girls 3. If a Girls 1 does not master the needed skills by their 7^th birthday, they will age into Girls 2 until all the necessary skills are mastered.

Upon completion of the Girls 4 skills, there will be a coach/director evaluated placement. Girls 5 will be geared toward USAG Level 3 Compulsory requirements.

Ages 6 and up.

Advanced. Successful completion of Girls 4 is required. Upon completion of the Girls 4 skills, there will be a coach/director evaluated placement. Girls 5 will be geared toward USAG Level 3 Compulsory requirements.

Ages 6 and up.

This route gives gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the same opportunity to compete in gymnastics.

Gymnasts in Girls 5 who are interested and ready for competitive gymnastics may tryout for this training program. In Pre-Team – L3, gymnasts will focus on the USAG Level 3 compulsory requirements and routines.

Pre-Team – L3 meets twice a week and attendance is encouraged. Gymnasts will be placed into the appropriate Pre-Team track by our experienced competitive coaching staff.

Our goal as a program is to give all gymnasts the best experience and opportunity to learn gymnastics on a path that is best suited for them.

Gymnast in Girls 6 who are interested and ready for competitive gymnastics may tryout for this training program. In Pre-Team XCEL, gymnasts will focus on the USAG XCEL Competitive requirements.

This route gives gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the same opportunity to compete in gymnastics. Pre-Team – XCEL meets twice a week and attendance is encouraged.

Gymnasts will be placed into the appropriate Pre-Team track by our experienced competitive coaching staff. Our goal as a program is to give all gymnasts the best experience and opportunity to learn gymnastics on a path that is best suited for them.

Designed for girls ages 11 and older.

You’re never too old to start! An age-sensitive option for beginners and gymnasts of all skill levels.

Beginning tumbling. Skills include forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and bridge kick-overs.

For ages 6 and up.

Intermediate tumbling. Skills include: Connected tumbling series, power round off, front and back walkovers, front and back handsprings.

Tumbling 1 skills MUST be mastered first. For ages 6 and up.

Advanced tumbling.

Skills include multiple handsprings, front and back saltos, aerials.

Tumbling 2 skills MUST be mastered first (MUST have a Round off back handspring). Coach recommendation required.
