Perfect for gymnasts and tumblers eager to work on their back handspring! Athletes will be grouped by age and skill level to work through targeted drills and progressions to build strength, technique, and confidence in this exciting skill.

Lets focus on Bars and Beam, while improving our balance and swings. This clinic will focus on bars and beam skills that often are what hold athletes back when trying to move to the next level. All levels welcome! Gymnasts will be separated according to skill level.

Come drop your kiddos off to hang out at the Gymnastics Center for 3 hours of Open Gym, Obstacles Courses, Games, Pizza, and Holiday Films!

Spend an hour practicing your favorite gymnastics skills in a fun, supervised setting! Gymnasts will have access to both out Comp and Swamp gyms, with coaches on the floor to provide guidance and ensure safe skill practice at every level.

Come explore, climb and play! Open Gymnastics is a fun, unstructured time for little ones to enjoy the Swamp Gym and practice their skills at their own pace. Children 3 and under must have a parent/guardian supervising them on the gym floor at all times.

This event is for children ages 3-5 (must be potty trained). The event will include 2 hours of gymnastics stations, obstacle courses, a light snack (not provided), games and a craft.
