Academy-Diving Lessons (Ages 9-15)
Divers will learn basic front dive, back dives, somersaults, inwards and progress to a more complicated dive.
Must have completed Swim stage 4

Experience-Competitive Swim (Ages 10-14)
Must complete School-Age Swim Strokes 6 and know all strokes.
Work on the refinement of skills in all strokes.
Will also focus on turns, starts, sets, and endurance.
