Beginning tumbling.

Skills include forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and bridge kick-overs.

Tumble and movement based classes. A developmentally appropriate program promotes strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, focus, and gross motor skills. Progressive gymnastics skills (beginner-intermediate) are introduced and developed as the gymnast’s skill level improves.

Run, jump, tumble, climb, and roll in our youth gymnastics classes. With our welcoming, caring and experienced instructors leading the way, children are excited and motivated to learn new skills and build social interaction through play each week.

Movement education for “furniture walkers” through 35 months, with a parent.

Introductory gymnastics skills with emphasis on large motor skill development, balance, and coordination.

Parents and their child are welcome to share some quality time together jumping, climbing, rolling, and laughing in our safe environment made for kids! You and your children can play together, under staff supervision, on our trampoline, obstacles courses, or test your balance on our beams. 

Ninja Course classes challenge kids of all ages using Jonathan Horton’s G2N ninja system and curriculum to be active, creative, and skillful. You can call it warrior, parkour, or ninja…we call it fun! All classes are Co-ed.

This class is designed for your child to find some independence and learn new skills. The class will help children grow and develop their movement, introduce them to some gymnastics fundamentals and encourage confidence in learning more independently. Please wear play clothes that are comfortable to move in.

• A $20 costume fee covers each gymnast’s leotard.
