Active Older Adult Special Events
Our Active Older Adult (AOA) programs are designed for men and women in their 50’s and older. Each YMCA of Greater Toledo branch offers different programming, promoting fitness and well-being while fostering friendships and camaraderie. Check the branch nearest you for current information.
