HIIT Boxing is a 60 minute small group training program that uses a varied interval format, athletic training and the core elements of boxing to create a comprehensive and dynamic workout. Training emphasis is on developing and improving hand & eye coordination, agility, balance, power and core strength. Class will utilize specialized equipment such as heavy bags and speed bag. Our unique equipment and interval training style makes this class a fun and challenging full body workout.

Lite Option: This is the same great workout, but offers a lower impact experience. There is strong emphasis on progressively building coordination, balance and stamina within the HIIT Boxing format. This option is great for beginners, those new to exercise or those with special considerations.

Advanced Option: Time to take it to the next level! The advanced class will offer a higher impact, higher intensity experience. Progressive combinations, added plyometric and sports specific training is incorporated with an increased emphasis on the Boxing elements of the workout. This class brings you one on one training time with the trainer as well.

Stay Fit 4 Life is small group functional training to improve coordination, agility, balance, strength and flexibility. Utilizing a variety of fitness equipment like bands, balls, weights, TRX, BOSU, and The Step to name a few. Cardio and strength exercises are designed to work on specific joints and muscles individually and also in combination as full body function. Classes finish with a relaxing stretch to complete the process.

A Pilates reformer is a piece of exercise equipment that helps you build strength, improve flexibility, and increase your body awareness. It’s a low-impact workout that can be customized to your goals and is suitable for all levels:

The reformer has a sliding carriage, springs, pulleys, straps, and a footbar that create resistance. You can use your body weight and muscles to push and pull the carriage along the frame. The springs can be adjusted to make exercises easier or more difficult.

You can perform a variety of exercises while lying, sitting, standing, or kneeling on the carriage. Some exercises involve pushing and pulling with your arms and legs, while others involve keeping the carriage still and working against the spring tension.

Reformer Pilates can help you develop a strong core, improve your posture, and learn to focus on diaphragmatic breathing. It can also help you build strong bones and activate your deep core muscles.
