The stay-at-home orders make it more important than ever for us to be active, eat healthy and connect with family (with 'social distancing' in mind).

The YMCA's Virtual Wellness Challenge is designed to help you and your family do just that. The activities will help you build and sustain healthy spirit, mind and body. 

How many of these activities can you complete in the six weeks? 15, 20, 25?!
